Avaya IP Office PBX is the latest Avaya product, covering the needs of a modern office through its reliable and complex solution that serves both as an office telephone system and as a corporate Internet access.
This solution is aimed at small and medium-sized businesses that need solutions like data transmission, for example Internet access. The system has a built-in FireWall, Remote Access Server, and office PBX with such vital PBX features as Call Center, Computer Telephony Integration, and Voice Mail.
You can connect to different types of interfaces – two-wire subscriber CO lines, digital interfaces ISDN PRI and ISDN BRI, IP trunks and WAN ports. These features make Avaya IP Office PBX a major rival to the traditional PBXs in the market.
The device allows to seamlessly build different combinations of the most modern types of phones – analog, digital DCPs and IP telephones from Avaya – up to 256 internal ports. This allows to expand the PBX as the business grows.
To construct a single corporate network with branches, you can build a distributed office on several Avaya IP Office PBXs with a single numbering plan.
The use of this equipment is best for companies with a staff strength of 2 to 200. It is compact, designed for installation in a standard 19" rack. It does not take up much space in the server, it is easily administered via a built-in graphic interface and is ready for installation almost as soon as you get it out of the box. Factory preset settings greatly facilitate initial configuration of the device for the system administrator.
